Entry Information

How to Enter:

The North of England Brass Band Championships is open to all brass bands within the North of England. This includes the following geographical areas:

Cumbria
Cleveland
Co Durham
East riding of Yorkshire
North Yorkshire
Northumberland
North Lincolnshire (formally Humberside)

For Entry forms and full details please contact the regional secretary, Tony Griffiths using the contact details below.

Bands are warmly welcomed at the contest, so why not enter and have the opportunity to perform on the same stage as some of the top brass bands of Great Britain.

If you, and your band, are new to contesting, Tony will be pleased to explain the process of registration and the grading procedure. We can guide you step by step in these and other issues.
Please do not assume that bands will be automatically graded in the fourth section. Early enquires and entry will allow time for your band to be guided through the grading process.

Test pieces are announced in September of each year for all sections. All entries must be received along with the entry fee it should be noted that late entries will not be accepted.
